Maintenance">Contractor to provide F.O.B. various locations throughout the Butte Division, all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to perform miscellaneous electrical services on an “as needed” basis for the Butte Headquarters and surrounding facilities as listed herein for the period of maintenance">Signature contract date through October 31, 2021. maintenance"/> maintenance"> Contractor must submit one (1) firm cost that will be valid for all locations. This cost will remain firm for the duration of the contract and any resulting renewals. Do not include mileage expenses in the cost as this is a separate expense. maintenance"/> maintenance">Mileage will be paid at $.575 for this contract period with required documentation of mileage. The mileage rate will be adjusted according to the IRS Standard Mileage Rates (https://www.irs.gov/tax-professionals/standard-mileage-rates) at time of renewal. The Department will not pay for or reimburse Contractor’s transportation from outside Montana.
