Specifications include, but are not limited to: Program Coordination Services for the Annual State Employees' Charitable Giving Campaign (SECGC). Services include but are not limited to: Campaign kickoff, transcribe & review survey results, draft annual calendar, review and revise application packets, set up conference calls, solicit and collect weekly and end of campaign prizes, meet with Executive Direct of MT Shares regarding Giving Guide, confirm agency coordinator commitments, plan media appearances, arrange catering, work with Governor's office on program communications, distribute Giving Guides to Department Coordinators, assemble Campaign Kickoff fliers and assemble social media, finalize registrants for Kickoff, conduct prize drawings, invite special dignitaries to End of Campaign event, edit the annual Department debrief survey, and other program coordination activities.
