Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor shall provide hazardous pharmaceutical waste disposal services for New Hampshire Hospital (NHH) and New Hampshire Department of Corrections (NHDOC), which includes, but is not limited to: • Transferring and disposing both hazardous and non-Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) pharmaceutical waste, which includes but is not limited to • Physically going to all NHH unit medication rooms (up to 15 total) and NHDOC – central pick up (up to 3 total) at the following all locations: (NH State Prison for Men (NHSP-M), NH Correctional Facility for Women (NHCF-W), Concord, NH and the Northern Correctional Facility (NCF), Berlin, NH) to pick up pharmaceutical waste once (1) a month Monday through Friday between the hours of 8-3. • Providing replacement containers prior to the removal of any hazardous waste containers, which shall be: • State-of-the-art disposable and reusable containers. • For NHDOC, each site will hold one of each container empty for replacement prior to moving full container to the central pick up.
