The selected vendor will need to provide maintenance and support, migration ofexisting data, and training. The solution must be able to operationalize the Child Care Financial Assistance Program. The Child Care Financial Assistance Program pays child care tuition on behalf of eligible families to child care providers. The primaryobjective that must be achieved by, October 1, 2021, is theredesign and implementation ofthe Child Care Financial Assistance Program (CCFAP) system payment function to comply with the Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) State Plan.
