Specifications include, but are not limited to: The North Dakota Mill is in need of a new Automatic Bagging and Palletizing system for spring and durum wheat flour. The system shall be capable of handling 25 pounds, 50 pounds, and 100-pound bags of flour. The system needs to have a performance guarantee that when installed, shall be capable of bagging and palletizing 50-pound bags at a rate of not less than 16 bags per minute. The system shall be designed based on using “heat seal, paper bags”. All electrical components of the system shall meet code classification Class II, Group G, Division 2. All electrical components shall be “dust tight”. The owner will install the system and Process Engineering Design and AUTO CADD generated drawings for the proposed system shall be included and contain sufficient information to complete installation.
