Cabinet: External structural members shall be constructed of heavy gauge, galvanized steel coated with baked on powder paint. Operating Characteristics: Provide low and high ambient temperature control options as required to ensure unit is capable of stable operation from 35°F to 115°F (-1°C to 46°C) ambient temperature. Vibration Isolation (Field installed): 1” Deflection Spring Isolators. Level adjustable, spring and cage type isolators for mounting under the unit base rails. Seismically rated for installation in Bozeman, Montana. Site Specific Capacities and Requirements Dimensions: Existing dimensions and scaled drawing for concrete foundation pad, louvered enclosure, piping, and other obstacles adjacent to chiller are provided with bid package. New chiller dimensions must be suitable for installation on existing pad and within existing enclosure while maintaining suitable clearances for airflow and access per chiller manufacturer printed documentation. It is the responsibility of the supplier and manufacturer to review existing space, obstacles, and arrangement for suitability. Provide marked up plan with bid showing where chiller should be located on existing concrete pad, with dimensions showing that chiller will fit within space and meet manufacturer access and clearance requirements.
