Specifications include, but are not limited to: The bid is to be an annual per acre amount for approximately 85 acres of hay land located in Section 21-T110N-R50W, which is west of Brookings Airport as shown on the attached map. This parcel shall be used only for haying purposes and livestock will not be allowed. The bidder will be responsible for primary noxious weed control on the area to be hayed. Satisfactory weedcontrol shall be defined as not letting weeds reach the blooming stage, either through the use of chemicals or mowing. The bidder shall utilize the existing access points into the property. The annual rent shall be as follows: the first half will be due on July 1, and the second half shall be due on November 1 of each year. In the event rented area is removed for airport or other use, those acres will be deducted from the amount owed. Tenant shall not assign or sublet this Lease without the prior written consent of the Lessor.
