Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Install new exterior wall and secure to the existing brick end walls per the attached Engineering Drawing dated 6/24/19 by Schaal Engineering, P.C. b. Framing to also include the tie in of all floor sections back to the existing floors. c. Framing to include the tie in of all roof structure back to the existing roof structure. d. Framing to include Ornamental stepped parapet walls per architectural renderings prepared by Frank J. Barrett Architecture. e. Framing to include exterior sheathing per the attached Engineering Drawing dated 6/24/19 by Schaal Engineering, P.C. f. Siding shall be wood clapboard with a 4” reveal with a red solid body stain closely matching existing building color from the top of the foundation to the trim at the bottom of the gable. g. At the transition, siding shall be a flat shiplap finish that wraps the stepped parapet walls. h. Trim to be installed per architectural renderings prepared by Frank J. Barrett Architecture.
