Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Dover is requesting hourly rate quotes for manual snow removal to assist in clearing parking spaces, sidewalks and road edges in the downtown area. The services provided would be laborers needed on short notice and the number of laborers and hours would vary based on the needs of the city. Laborers would work under the direction of Dover Parking Bureau staff.The city will provide work tools, but laborers must be dressed for weather, including gloves, and may be dismissed if the parking manager deems them unsuitably protected from the elements.Laborers would be expected to report for assignment within one (1) hour of notification. The workers’ compensation classification for this position is # 9402The rates for this quote will be valid from November 5, 2020 to May 1, 2021 and hourly pricing shall remain until May 1, 2021.Labor Provider rate include all wages, withholdings, FICA, Medicare, payroll taxes, unemployment insurance and workers' compensation insurance as required by law for supplied employees.
