Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Meters that are simple to understand and easy and ADA accessible for patrons to use as confirmed by SDGFP during selection and testing phase; Such Meters and Meter Cabinets will meet the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and all other accessibility requirements and codes; All Meters shall be reliable with up time at 99% or above, easy to maintain and service, secure (physically and technically), and easy for SDGFP to collect both payments and information from the secure storage; All Meters shall be able to electronically communicate (verbally and visually) the following to the customer with minimal effort: Fees Pass or permit types User instructions Daily Park Entrance Permits could be paper and of a minimum size of 2.5” x 3” and designed to be affixed to interior, lower right corner of the windshield displaying permit expiration date, and unique data to verify permits authenticity
