Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to scheduling, cost estimating, preliminary design, design development, contract documents, and construction administration. The firm may be required to coordinate this work or additional work with other consultants contracted by the Owner. The scope of this project includes Type A, B and C Services. The Consultant shall work with the Owner to determine the best course of action to replace the existing Hangar Door Systems and ensure the new Hangar Door Systems are in compliance with United State Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Specification 08 34 16.10 - Steel Sliding Hangar Doors. This includes the Steel Sliding Hangar Doors, Drainage System, Snow Melt System, Electrical System and Building Automation Controls (BAC).
