Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Montana, Department of Administration, State Information Technology Services Division ("State") is seeking a contractor to provide Long-Distance Telecommunication Services. These Long-Distance Telecommunication Services shall support the State’s current and future business needs statewide, for both Traditional and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). An Offeror must be an established carrier of choice for all communities within the State of Montana and not a reseller. By responding to this RFP, the Offeror must be capable of completing calls, from and to all sites ON and OFF the State network statewide and to any destination worldwide. Offeror must submit responses for all Long-Distance Telecommunication Services specified within.
