Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work of the project includes replacement of sanitary and storm piping within an occupied firestation. The station shall remain operational at all times. Sanitary facilities and fixtures shallremain operational at all times, except for when specific notice of shutdowns is provided to theFire Station staff not less than 48 hours in advance. Plumbing replacement work shall be phasedand sequenced such that at the end of each work day the sanitary drainage system is restored to full function for the overnight hours. Any fixtures that are unable to be reconnected by end of daydue to extenuating circumstances shall be marked by the contractor as out of service and reviewedwith the fire station leadership.
