Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Parent Partner Program Evaluation Provide strategic evaluation planning, data collection and documentation processes, communication, implementation, and utilization planning of Findings of the Parent Partner Program, to include at a minimum: How key program activities and tasks are chosen for evaluation; How evaluation approaches are determined and subsequently utilized; Which evaluation methods will be applied throughout the evaluation plan timeline; The process for collecting data and documenting the evaluation process; How Findings are synthesized, analyzed, and interpreted; and How Findings are disseminated and leveraged into improving Parent Partner Program service delivery. Incorporate the Parent Partner Program’s Outcome Logic Model (refer to Appendix G) and all Department-provided Parent Partner Program quarterly performance data into the evaluation process. Synthesize, analyze, and interpret Findings by completing the following tasks including but not limited to: Identifying if families are more successful mitigating risk associated with child maltreatment neglect when participating in the Parent Partner Program, compared to those families who do not participate. Identifying cost per parent served; Evaluating the investment of families that participate in the Parent Partner Program. Evaluating outcomes of the Parent Partner Program, including the rate of: Decreases in Child Protective Service (CPS) interventions; Increases in children remaining in the care and custody of their parents; Shorter timeframes to permanency; and Reduced rates of re-entry into foster care, as compared to the State average.
