Specifications include, but are not limited to: UND is looking to purchase three (3) identical secure checkout locker setups that meet the following specifications. - Each unit must hold at least 20 individual items securely (20 individual lockers). o Securely store up to 20 individual laptops for users to checkout. o Variable locker sizes; small sizes for laptops and tablets, larger lockers for VR (virtual reality) gear (for VR gear approximately 15x15x15 with an absolute minimum of 12x12x12). o There can be one locker setup with all 20 lockers, or multiple locker setups to reach the 20 lockers. - Have the ability for users to securely drop-off/return items. o A way for users to remove or add items using their U Card or AD credentials. - Have a live connection to our integrated library system. - No color preference (standard default color is acceptable).
