Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will consist of design/build services to prepare a complete set of designdocuments for permitting and construction in conformance with all local and federalregulatory requirements. The Team will provide all design/procurement and constructionservices for the successful completion of the following project elements. The Team mustrecognize that all work is to be completed at an active wastewater treatment facility whichmust maintain operations at all times during the project. Brief plant shutdowns of less than2 hours may be permitted with prior notice to the city. In addition, if any portion of thefacility is to remain on a backup power source (i.e. emergency generator) for longer than a2-hour period a temporary backup power system will be required to be onsite andconnected to the existing power system for the facility in case of emergency.
