Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2.2.1 Contractor shall designate a Contract Manager who will provide the single point of contact for the management and coordination of all aspects of the resultant contract. 3.2.2.2 Contractor will sell MSU logo merchandise at all MSU home football games as the exclusive licensee for Auxiliary Services. These rights exclude any other rights to services or products reserved by the University or through any other contract with the University or the State of Montana. 3.2.2.3 The Contract shall entitle the Contractor to use the trademark, logo, seal, or any copyrighted material of MSU-Bozeman as approved by the University. Such approval will be provided in advance of use. Contractor will only use such markings as authorized and only on merchandise and services provided under the Contract. 3.2.2.4 Services offered to the University community become important to the total operation of the University. The Contractor must recognize that satisfactory public relations with students, faculty, and staff are an important part of the service. Offeror must disclose any dealings it has had with the University and the success level. 3.2.2.5 Contractor shall assume complete responsibility for the contract management, delivery of merchandise and services, quality of merchandise furnished, and maintenance of records pertaining to the resultant contract. 3.2.2.6 Furnish all services and merchandise as described within this RFP. Contractor is responsible for the security and storage of merchandise. Limited storage may be available from MSU during the football season. MSU is not committed to providing such storage under the terms of the contract. Should MSU be able to accommodate Contractor’s request for storage of product at Bobcat Stadium, MSU under no circumstances shall be liable for such product in the case of theft, facility maintenance issues or Acts of God.
