Specifications include, but are not limited to:. This project consists of replacement of the DDC Control systems, to include, but not limited to: • Provide a peer to peer high speed communications bus. • Replacement of all existing JCI controllers. • Provide interoperable communication capabilities for third-party controllers: BACnet, LonWorks or Modbus. • Communicate with one of the existing virtual DDC controls servers. • Replace all system components that are not compatible with the new controllers. • Replace all sensors that are over 5 years old. • Replace all sensors that allow user input. • Replace all transmitters. • Replace all pneumatic components. • Replace all actuators that are not direct-coupled. • Replace all actuators that are powered when in the "normal" position. (Beer can hydraulic actuators are an example of this). • Replace all freezestats. • Replace most of the 3-way reheat valves with 2-way valves to allow pump VFD's to track load. • Add CT's or other feedback mechanism to any motor that is commanded by the system to verify motor status, do not use dP switches.
