Specifications include, but are not limited to: The STATE is soliciting proposals for an up-to-date traffic counting technology and data collection software/equipment system. The awarded Offeror will be required to collect all necessary information and provide training in order to migrate to the awarded solution. This solution will be used by state park leadership to help understand use patterns and future planning needs. It is important that information be easy to use, can be automatically uploaded into the cloud and can be used to create Ad-Hoc reporting along with standard reports already created in the system.
