Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide payroll functions for Participants at the Department’s direction, including but not limited to: Processing weekly timecards after Department approval of hours worked by the Participant. Being responsible for all payroll withholding and benefit requirements: Participants shall not receive any State employment benefits. Benefits shall be in accordance with 20 CFR § 641.565. Preparing quarterly and annual withholding reports as required by State and Federal employment guidelines. Comply with all record keeping requirements for Human Resources/Payroll Services. Comply with all State and federal rules, regulations and applicable standards. Collaborate with the Host/Agency Site and the Department regarding each Participant employment.
