The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to establish a Qualified Suppliers List (QSL) and contract(s) for Legal Services for the Rockland County Law Department and/or other authorized users, on an as needed basis.
Firms named to the QSL will be contacted with case specific Scope of Objectives by the County’s Law Department.  At time of request, Qualified Legal Firms will be required to respond with a written Expression of Interest for legal services and provide their unique perspective and methodology in handling the case. The Expression of Interest response may also include such additional services as the Proposer reasonably believes must be furnished to assist the County in handling the subject legal case.
