The description and location of the project are as follows: For roadway, welcome center, off ramp resurfacing and bridge preservation work including milling, base repairs, Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design base, scratch and wearing courses, bituminous fiber reinforced stress absorbing membrane interlayer, concrete deck repairs, epoxy overlay, neoprene strip seals, guiderail upgrades, line painting, and other miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 15, SECTION M53, in RICHMOND and TIOGA TOWNSHIP, TIOGA COUNTY, from approximately 5.10 MILES NORTH of the Route 15 on ramp at segment 0565 offset 0000 to approximately 4.95 MILES SOUTH of the SR49 on ramp at segment 0835 offset 1121 and STATE ROUTE 15, SECTION 186, in TIOGA TOWNSHIP, TIOGA COUNTY from approximately 5.75 MILES NORTH OF the Route 15 on ramp at segment 0562 offset 0591 to approximately 4.95 MILES SOUTH OF THE SR49 OFF RAMP at segment 0834 offset 1182.
