Specifications include, but are not limited to:The County of Chester, Department of Computing and Information Systems (DCIS), is requesting Proposals from qualified firms who have the necessary expertise to provide Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Flexible Capacity Storage at Chester County`s two (2) data center locations. he vendor will provide a total of 500 TB unit pricing (2 units) to include all costs for on premise hardware, software, software licensing and software configuration; hardware and software high availability support, design and implementation services. Configurations should be based on useable capacity without data compaction such as deduplication or compression. For evaluation purposes, the 1.05 PB will be used to evaluate the as needed flexible capacity storage amount and is in no way binding and is not intended to commit the County to the actual size in the future, nor does it commit the County to a specific number of TB size. The 1.05 PB is used to calculate an estimated cost that will be included in the evaluation of responses. NOTE: The County’s projected growth is approximately 550 TB over four (4) years to be migrated to the new service. Vendor will invoice the County for useable storage usage per GB on a monthly basis.
