Contract No. 3 (Plumbing Construction) includes, but is not limited to, installation of certain owner-supplied parts and equipment as needed for operation of the splash pad’s water features; installation of all water supply/return piping and drains between the proposed equipment building, 24” diameter x 8’ deep HDPE basin, 3,000 gallon reservoir tank and concrete splash pad; installation of a submersible pump and 24” diameter x 8’ deep HDPE basin; and other associated work as more fully described on the construction drawings. A complete list of all parts and equipment to be supplied by the Owner for installation by the plumbing contractor is provided on the construction drawings. All other parts and equipment shall be supplied by the plumbing contractor. Any earthwork associated with Contract No. 3 (Plumbing Construction) is the General Contractor’s (Contract No. 1) responsibility.
