Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Specifications include, but are not limited to: for Karas Enterprises (Karas) to continue providing captioning, CART (Communication Access Realtime Translation), Onsite CART, Remove C-Print/Typewell services for PennWest students, as they are required to provide services in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. Karas has established a relationship with PennWest in providing services. PennWest can neither anticipate the need for services far ahead of time and will need to issue a new solicitation, nor is there a current DGS State Contract that services can be procured from. PennWest cannot have a lapse in services as it must abide by ADA.
