Specifications include, but are not limited to: Slippery Rock University of the PA State System of Higher Education invites HVAC and Electrical Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this project consists of replacement of the existing natural gas generator, transfer switch, and emergency panelboard in the McKay Education Building. The Johnson Control System work will be performed by O.Z. Enterprises under a separate contract directly with the University. Work shall be accomplished by multiple Prime Contractors, and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University
