Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall prepare and deliver lunches that comply with the most recent DGAs and provide a minimum of one-third of the DRIs, emergency shelf food, disposables and consumables to the Project Sites indicated in Attachment II. For each meal service day, Contractor will deliver meals to Project Sites in bulk to be plated by Project Site prior to meal service. For meals that contain menu items that are difficult to maintain cooked temperature during transport and/or food quality, Contractor will deliver menu item(s) to Project Site the day before meal service to be assembled, cooked or reheated by project site staff.
