Specifications include, but are not limited to: repairs and improvements to the Garage, including but not necessarily limited to, replacement of expansion joint at the level 2 entrance of the Garage; spall repair to precast beams throughout the Garage; spall repair to a partition wall on level 7 of the Garage; and repair of floor joint on level 2 of the Garage. ; The manual(s) shall include, at a minimum, the following (and be reviewed from time to time for any necessary updates): • Normal parking fare collection operation and appropriate repair and or by-pass procedures; • Authority’s transit fare structure including transfers, peak times and rates, and zone boundaries and operation of the TVMs and validators located at the Garage; • Fire emergency procedures; • Police emergency procedures; and • Authority representative names and contact information, as appropriate, to report Garage issues. ; 2. Actual Saturday usage counts and percent occupancy 3. Actual Sunday usage counts and percent occupancy 4. Trends 5. Peak hour entrance and exit and evaluation of queue (delay time) 6. Comparison of current months occupancy to last month and last year 7. Financial information including at least the following: a. Daily receipts and usage b. Weekly receipts c. Method of payment (Debit card, cash, credit card) d. Passes purchased (daily, multiple usage, monthly, etc.) e. Record of deposits (day/time/total).
