Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Lackawanna River Basin Sewer Authority will receive sealed bids for the re-bid of Contact 24-3.3: Clinton Wastewater Treatment Plant Secondary Clarifier Improvements - HVAC Construction until 3:00 P.M., local prevailing time on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Authority’s office, Rear 145 Boulevard Avenue, Throop, PA 18512. The work has been bid for Contract 24-3.1 – General Construction and Contract 24-3.2 – Electrical Construction. Both contracts are pending award. A pre-bid meeting was held for the initial round of bidding, no pre-bid meeting will be held for this rebid. Project Summary Applicable to All Contracts: Construct the Secondary Clarifier Improvements at the Lackawanna River Basin Sewer Authority’s (LRBSA’s) existing Clinton Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) as needed to produce a fully functioning plant as fully described in the Conformed Project Manual. Construction must be phased with the demolition of the existing clarifiers and activated sludge return and wasting system and the construction of the second new clarifier beginning after the first clarifier and return activated sludge building are complete and operational.
