Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will consist of complete site development and building construction to deliver a 20,000 +/- SF municipal maintenance garage with a 2,500 +/- office suite attached. Building shell will be a pre-engineered steel structure with a blend of split face CMU and metal panel exterior. A design firm is expected to be selected and awarded a contract at the Board of Supervisors meeting to be held on June 11, 2019. The design process is expected to begin upon the acceptance of the proposal. Construction is anticipated to start Spring 2020. Please consider the following list of deliverables and design criteria that should be included in the services to be furnished in your proposal. A concept schematic diagram has been included for your use in developing the proposal.
