Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Compare equipment nameplate data with drawings and specifications. b) Inspect physical, electrical, and mechanical condition. c) Torque all connections and terminations to manufacturer's specification or table of NETA Maintenance Testing Specifications. As needed from the results of all other testing. d) Verify appropriate anchorage, required area clearances, physical damage, and correct alignment. e) Exercise all active components (when applicable). f) Inspect all mechanical indicating devices for correct operation and indication. g) Clean interior and exterior of equipment, including vacuuming or blowing out as required. h) Lubricate, as appropriate, to assure proper mechanical function(s). i) Perform minor repairs, i.e., replace missing knock-outs.
