The City of Philadelphia is interested in contracting with an Identity and Access Management and Zero Trust (IAMZT) Program implementation partner, who will not only propose a well-integrated software solution that meets or exceeds our IAM Vision that fully supports a City Wide Zero Trust posture, but also propose their approach to a successful pilot and a subsequent phased implementation starting with the PPD and OCF. We understand and expect this to be a multi-year effort requiring experienced and dedicated resources from the implementation partner. Respondents may choose to propose one or more software products that integrate well and support the overall vision and the detailed requirements. The City of Philadelphia reserves the right to sign a separate licensing agreement with the software vendor(s) in addition to the contract with the implementation partner.
