Specifications include, but are not limited to: An agreement with a consultant to carry out the terms of Allegheny County's Programmatic Memorandum of Agreement (PMOA) for historic preservation compliance activities for projects funded by the following federal programs: the Community Development Block Grant program, the Emergency Solutions Grant program, and the Home Investment Partnership program (HOME program), the Capital Funds Grant program and other HUD programs administered by Allegheny County and Allegheny County Housing Authority. State funded programs include Community Infrastructure Tourism, (CITF) and Gaming Economic Development Fund, (GEDF). 1. Carry out stipulations specified in the Programmatic Memorandum of Agreement. 2. Complete Pennsylvania Historic Resource Survey Forms as required by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC). 3. Schedule and conduct meetings and/or on-site inspections with Developers, Architects and Engineers when necessary. 4. Provide historic rehabilitation design assistance to Engineers, Developers and or Architects if requested. 5. When carrying out the terms of this scope of work, the Consultant shall coordinate its activities with Allegheny County Economic Development.
