Awarded seller shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to perform repair services on the roofs. Emergency repair service is not a requirement. 2.2.1 Repairs shall only be performed when all environmental conditions are met prior to any actual repairs. Conditions are as follows: a. Spraying cannot take place when the temperature is below 40° F (5° C). b. When there is inclement weather (i.e. rain, snow, fog, and mist), repairs are not to be performed. c. Wind speeds must not exceed ten (10) miles per hour. 2.2.2 Windscreens shall be used during applications of foam during repairs to safeguard the exterior structure of the buildings. 2.2.3 Inspections shall only be performed when requested by the Water Department's Roofing Group Leader. 2.2.4 It is the responsibility of the awarded seller to have a full understanding of the work prior to proceeding with the repairs. Awarded seller shall coordinate with the Water Department's Roofing Group Leader and the facility's Plant Manager to discuss the work. 2.2.5 Work is to be performed on Mondays through Fridays, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
