HACP is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) for qualified and interested business firms to submit sealed bids to provide Emergency Generator and Fire Pump Maintenance and Repair Authority Wide and other related work requested by HACP; 1. Provide Preventative Maintenance for 12 Generators and 4 diesel-powered Fire Pumps. a. This shall be performed at a minimum of 1 visit per year 2. Check all components on the units 3. Pull samples of engine oil and antifreeze 4. Ensure transfer switch gear operates as designed 5. A quote needs to be sent along with a phone call or text for any work outside the Preventative Maintenance work to be approved. Work to be completed in a timely manner; THIS IS TO MAKE SURE A PIECE OF EQUIPMENT IS PUT BACK IN SERVICE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY 6. Able to supply generator and cables if Housing Authority equipment is going to be down for a period of time 7. Send a written report, along with a maintenance checklist, to the HACP Engineering Project Manager;
