The Luzerne County Building and Grounds Department is soliciting proposals from prospective proposers for Elevator Service and Preventative Maintenance. Proposals MUST be submitted electronically via the PennBid Portal at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com All prospective proposers must submit their proposals no later than Friday, March 28, 2025 at 4:00 PM EST. Questions concerning this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid. The deadline for questions for this RFP is Friday, March 21, 2025 at 4:00 PM EST. The contract period is for one (1) year or from date of contract award with a possible one (1) year extension. The anticipated contract start date of 04/01/2025. All prospective proposers must sign and return the cost proposal sheets in Appendix A-2. A list of elevator types and their locations can be found in Appendix A-1.
