Specifications include, but are not limited to: Forms Printing Services- Dogs- Complete Production- Printing, imaging, & mailing services for the 2024 City of Pittsburgh Dog License application billing, in-house forms & envelopes, and dog license receipts for the City of Pittsburgh, Department of Finance. Processing the 2024 City of Pittsburgh Dog License Applications billing outgoing mailing names and addresses through Postal National Change of Address (NCOA) move update software and mailing application to new address, deleting addresses with new address located outside of the City of Pittsburgh, and putting new outgoing mailing addresses and deleted accounts on an Excel spreadsheet and e-mailing information to the Department of Finance. City of Pittsburgh residents are liable for a City of Pittsburgh Dog License. License must be obtained when a dog reaches 3 months in age if owner lives within City limits.
