Specifications include, but are not limited to: A communications firm or small team to support the planning and delivery of communications campaigns and projects. Campaigns and projects are defined through the strategic planning process which surfaces priority initiatives that require cross functional collaboration across the Public Affairs Division. With this project, our objective is to increase the skill and capacity of Public Affairs to: Refine communication campaign processes to ensure priority alignment, successful implementation, and to incorporate lessons learned into future projects. Improve efficiency and collaboration on Public Affairs projects using templates, policies, standard operating procedures, workflows, toolkits, and taxonomy. Apply technology in a realistic and meaningful way to better serve our customers and improve our internal processes. Deliver customer focused communications by applying user research and customer feedback to our work. Improve our ability to analyze, visualize, and report data.
