Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Administrative and facilitation support for the continued success of the Schuylkill Action Network. The Department will task the Applicant with coordinating with other regional members of the SAN, leveraging the Department’s investments in watershed protection with those of our peers. The Applicant will also be responsible for providing administrative support for coordinating projects and work perfomed by SAN subcommittees and aiding in the facilitation of regularly scheduled quarterly and annual meetings. 2.A Philadelphia-based public education and enagement program centered on the development of in-city watershed partnerships. These partnerships will serve as a conduit for the Department’seducational and stewardship programming, allowing organizations across Philadelphia to connect with the Department and work collaboratively toward shared goals. 3.Ongoing scientific research and technical support to maintain the existing ARRC demonstration mussel hatchery at the Fairmount Water Worksand to develop and refine mussel propagation and reintroduction strategies.
