New boiler circulator pumps will be provided per boiler. New emergency shut off switches will be provided next to each exit door in the boiler room. Condensate neutralizers shall be provided to treat the acidic condensate from the boilers. Provide a new floor drain near the boilers that will tie into existing sanitary serving the adjacent bathroom. Boiler condensate shall spill into this floor drain. New supply piping headers to be provided and taps provided to connect to existing zone pumps. New return piping headers to be provided and taps provided connect into existing return branch piping. Insulate all heating-water piping according to the chart in public notice and design report attachments, where the size on the top row is pipe size and the size on the bottom row is the insulation thickness.
