Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Installation of three (3) bicycle docking stations at LHU-selected locations, comprised of 5 bicycle parking spaces and signage describing how to access the bicycles. Installation of 10 fully-constructed, independently locking bicycles. B.Bicycle Sharing Program access to all students, faculty, and staff, comprised of electronic user registration, user payment processing, telephone/web user support, and user access to bicycles 24 hours/day, 7 days/week (i.e. mobile application). C.Invoice faculty and staff directly for their bike rental usage, including any additional fees that are incurred. The Bike Sharing Program must operate at no cost to University students (how will Supplier differentiate between FREE access to University students and faculty/staff who will be required to pay?) D.At least weekly: (1) bicycle servicing and maintenance to address wear and tear of bicycles and (2) redistribution of bicycles among stations. E.Marketing support to LHU in support of local Program advertising, including a point of contact for marketing at the firm.
