Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, test equipment, labor, services, supervision, tools, transportation, consumables, and incidental items such as lubricants and cleaning agents, and supplies for accomplishing the work and bringing to successful operation the systems and equipment covered by the contract, except for the materials and services specifically named herein to be provided by the County. The Contractor shall also coordinate its Work with the County and any other Contractors at the site. Contractor is responsible for obtaining and all payments for all permits and inspections as required by the local authority having jurisdiction. B. The Contractor shall perform the following demolition and new work. The sequence of Work Activities is the Contractor’s responsibility and shall be coordinated and approved by the County and Engineer prior to the start of construction services: (1). Furnish and install new Main Electrical Service Switchgear. (2). Coordinate the installation of new Utility meter and associated wiring with First Energy d/b/a Met-Ed. (3). Furnish and install new Main Distribution Panel (MDP) MDP-C. (4). Furnish and install new Emergency Distribution Panel (EDP) EDP #1 and EDP #2. (5). Furnish and install new MDP-A. (6). Furnish and install new cable bus service feeder. (7). Furnish consumable supplies and other miscellaneous materials as required for the Work. Such items shall include, but not be limited to, lubricants, gases, desiccants, touch up painting and coating supplies, cleaning materials, packaging materials, marking and identification materials. (8). Furnish and install safety marking rope and tape (yellow and black) in the areas that may become a hazard as determined by the Contractor or as required by the County. (9). The following electrical equipment shall be included in the Work: (i) Main Electrical Service Switchgear (Base Bid): a. Reference Drawings E100, E111 and E120 for Details and Basis-of-Design Manufacturer/Model) b. One 3000A 208/120VAC 3PH 4W Switchboard. c. Circuit breaker trip settings. d. Cable Bus. e. Cable Tap Box. f. Utility Meter, wiring and conduit. g. Conduit and Cable. h. Buc Duct Connection Box.
