Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objectives of this project are: 1. Security management for dispensing fuel for only authorized personnel to authorized vehicles and containers at their 24-hour unattended fueling stations; 2. Asset management for real-time automated monitoring and tracking fuel consumption for each piece of equipment; 3. Real-time onsite and remote notifications and alarms; 4. Improve coordination and scheduling for fuel deliveries; 5. Provide accurate reporting; 6. Integrate data from existing systems into a single database for improve efficiency in reviewing comprehensive data and simplify generation of reports; 7. Flexibility for Fleet Supervisor to create custom input fields and custom reports for audits and reconciliation. 1. Remove all existing fuel management system equipment and associated appurtenances (i.e. SCU, fuel nozzle assembly) at both fuel dispenser islands and within respective buildings, unless otherwise noted below 2. Furnish and install new automated fuel management system for both fueling stations, including, but not limited to: a. Refer to attached Compliance Checklist for list of Technical and Functional Essentials i. Base Contract for fueling transactions at each proposed fueling station Console: 1. Authorizing Vehicles: Each vehicle will be assigned a unique vehicle number. User enters the Vehicle Number and Odometer Reading on keypad. 2. Authorizing Containers: Each container will have a key fob assigned to it. User places keyfob near proximity reader. b. Software installation, including integration with CFA and Veeder Root i. Township will furnish excel worksheet with list of users, vehicles, etc for Vendor to integrate into new fuel management system; See appendix for additional details c. Establish communication between both fueling stations 3. Starting, Testing, and Adjustment: Test software and each piece of equipment to verify proper operation. Test and adjust controls and safeties. Replace damaged and malfunctioning controls and equipment. 4. Operation & Maintenance Manual for Equipment and Software 5. Training and Support a. Provide training session onsite for designated Township personnel b. Video record training session and provide to Township Representative and Engineer for their records and use, including any written training materials i. Video may be provided on external media or sent electronically c. Identify preventative maintenance measures and frequency i. Include this list with the O&M Manual 6. Warranty and Service of two years from acceptance of completed system for parts and labor, including local customer service and technical support to troubleshoot and address issues that may arise a. Unlimited phone line support with 24/7 toll-free or local phone number b. Unlimited online internet support; Issues shall be tracked c. Parts and onsite repair services d. Technicians must be local, fully trained, factory authorized, and certified by the manufacturer to perform service, and be available within 24 hours for onsite hardware support and service e. Software upgrades and revisions f. Optional Extended Warranty and Service Period (see Proposal Pricing form)
