***04 September 2025 Update***The purpose of this amendment (0002) and change to the SAM.gov Solicitation is to extend the closing date to 05 September 2025 at 3:00PM E.T. and to add the clause at 52.219-4 - Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns - into the subject solicitation. Due to system interuptions, an actual PDF of amendment 0002 is not provided as an attachment. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged from the original RFQ and amendment 0001 as shown on the attached copies.
