NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair the item as specified within this document. It should be noted by interested sources that the Government does not have the rights to, and thus cannot provide access to, proprietary technical data/drawings that may be required for manufacture or repair of these components. Interested sources must obtain Navy source approval in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. Eligible contractors shall provide a submission to kelly.a.gipson2.civ@us.navy.mil by 13 August 2025 that includes: 1) Company Name and Cage Code 2) Describe whether your company is capable of providing repair, manufacturing and logistics capability in support of this effort for all NSNs included within this notice. 3) Is your company a Small Business? If so, what type of Small Business? 4) Company POC The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by 13 August 2025 will be considered by the Government. Source Approval is required. WSS may not delay award while Source Approval is pending. The time required for the approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. If you are not an approved source you must submit, together with your response, the information detailed in the NAVSUP-WSS Source Approval Information Brochure for Repair.
