The Borough of East Stroudsburg will receive sealed bids online via the PennBid ™ Program for the Borough of East Stroudsburg 2025 Paving Project until 3:00 p.m. prevailing time, on April 29, 2025 at which time, all bids will be opened on line and then publicly read aloud at the Council Chambers at the Borough of East Stroudsburg, 24 Analomink Street, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301. The Scope of Work under the proposed contract includes the milling and overlay of one block of Eagle Valley Lane from North Courtland Street (S.R.2012) to Hillside Court and Exchange Street from East Broad Street to Lion Street, Lions Street from Exchange Street up to and including the cul-de-sac, Kiwanis Street from Exchange Street to the end, all of Hazen Street, Gap View Heights Road, Teak Lane, Laurel Lane, Ashburn Drive, Starbird Street, Emerson Road, Marguerite Street, and East Broad Street, maintenance and protection of traffic during construction, and other incidental items. Milling and overlay of East Broad Street from Exchange Street to Route 447 will be an alternate add on. The contract work takes place in Borough rights-of-way, located in East Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania. All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal.
