This is project consists of milling, asphalt resurfacing, base repair, concrete paving, concrete patching, drainage improvements, guiderail updates, line painting, sign updates, structure repairs and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package for STATE ROUTE 0030, SECTION 159, in YORK COUNTY, HELLAM TOWNSHIP, starting on SR 0030 (Arsenal Road) at the start of the deacceleration lane of SR 462/Hallam Exit Ramp at Segment 0450 Offset 1391 eastbound and at the end of the acceleration lane of SR 462/Hallam on ramp at Segment 0451 Offset 1349 westbound and continuing east to the Wrights Ferry Bridge at Segment 0010 Offset 0100 eastbound and at Segment 0011 Offset 0100 westbound. The overall project length is 56,365 linear feet (10.68 miles).
