Provide catering for the estimated 60 attendees. Vendor shall: • Deliver and set up all food no later than 90 minutes prior to the event. • Ensure all food is hot and ready for service. • The unit price must include all delivery costs. • Vendor is responsible for providing all necessary service items, including but not limited to plates, cups, eating and serving utensils, napkins, condiments, racks, and heating fuel. Menu & Service Requirements: Main Menu: • Fried chicken • String beans • Baked macaroni and cheese • Garden salad with side dressings: Creamy Italian, Ranch, Italian, Thousand Island • No pork or pork by-products may be used in any food items, seasonings, or ingredients. • Quantities sufficient for 1.5 servings per person Dessert: • Peach cobbler • Individually packaged • 1.5 servings per person Beverages: • Bottled water (8 oz bottles) • Sweetened lemonade (12-16 oz bottles) • Sweetened iced tea (12–16 oz bottles) • 1.5 servings per person
