Specifications include, but are not limited to: Winter Storm Warning Service – During the snow and ice season of 2020-2021, the vendor will fax and E-mail the City of Pittsburgh, Department of Public Works Headquarters (City-County Bldg., Rm. 301, 414 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, 412-255-8847) 12 to 14 hours in advance of impending storm conditions with an alert, briefly describing the nature of the threat and the estimated beginning time. Three (3) to six (6) hours in advance of the event, vendor will communicate the warning details, specifically describing the threat and its expected effects on City roads, ramps, bridges, and sidewalks as closely as possible. The vendor will then monitor conditions, issuing revisions around the clock, if necessary. Forecast information will be conveyed quickly and efficiently using the storm warning form, delivered electronically via fax and E-mail
