VEOCI has self-service capability that allows users to upload GIS information from Excel and Shape files, or on the fly as lines, polygons, points or boundaries. 4. Encryption, Cloud Hosting and Business Footprint – VEOCI provides fully encrypted data both in transit and at rest for the highest level of security. Furthermore, VEOCI is hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services) East/West Coast as a cloud solution with failover across both coasts. 5. Email Integration – VEOCI provides both redundancy to email services and a single repository for such communications for review or audit documentation. It allows users to receive and reply to work assignments, instructions, and messages through just their email. 6. Coding and IT Knowledge is Not Required – VEOCI requires no customization by IT Support or Technicians. All functionality to configure the system to the user’s environment and needs is pointand-click, and contained in drop-down menus.
